Refund Policy

Cancellations:

Once your order has been processed, which typically occurs within 24 hours, we are unable to cancel it as it is already registered within our warehouse system. However, if you wish to cancel your order, you have the option to refuse delivery upon its arrival or return the product to our warehouse at your expense. Upon receiving the returned order, we will promptly honor our money-back guarantee.

Returns:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Upon receiving the returned product, we will immediately issue a refund for the full order amount.

Change of Address:

If you need to change your delivery address, please email us with your order number, current delivery address, and the new address. Address changes can be made until your order leaves our factory, typically within 24 hours of order placement.

1 Year Warranty:

We offer a one-year warranty with every order. To initiate a refund under the warranty, your request must meet certain conditions, which will be reviewed upon receiving your message. We require significant evidence, such as photos or videos, demonstrating malfunctions such as the bottle not producing hydrogen, the cap not staying on, or other miscellaneous malfunctions.

Product Image Disclaimer:

While we make every effort to accurately photograph and describe our products, variations in screen resolution may affect how colors are displayed. Please contact us before purchasing if you have any questions about the color, material, or size of an item.

Lost Parcels:

If your parcel is lost in transit, we will replace it to ensure you receive your order. If you prefer not to replace the parcel, we must wait 14 days before refunding the order, provided the parcel does not reach you. Additionally, we require one additional attempt to replace the parcel before providing further assistance.

Faulty Item or Damaged Package:

If your bottle arrives in a damaged package or does not work, we will send you a free replacement at no cost to you. All replacements will take the same time as the original orders, typically 6-10 business days.

Change of Decision:

If you decide you no longer want your bottle or it is faulty or damaged, please contact us to arrange a return. We offer a 1-year warranty to ensure your satisfaction.
